Overview

At Gokart N Gear, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and returns. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below:

Returns – United States & International

Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused
  • The item is in its original condition and packaging

Compatibility Responsibility

It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure product compatibility before purchase. We are not responsible for incorrect purchases due to compatibility issues.


Defective or Incorrect Items (No Fees)

If you receive:

  • A defective item
  • A damaged item
  • The wrong item

You are entitled to a free replacement or full refund.

Conditions:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery (recommended)
  • Provide photo or video evidence

We will cover all return shipping costs in these cases.


Buyer-Initiated Returns (United States & Non-EU Customers)

Returns for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect item ordered

are not accepted unless approved by us.

If a return is exceptionally approved, the following applies:

  • A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable


European Union (EU) Customers – Right of Withdrawal

For customers in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.

Conditions:

  • Items must be returned in original condition. Customers may inspect the item as they would in a physical store.
  • You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item

Refunds:

  • You will receive a full refund of the product price
  • No restocking fee will be applied within this 14-day period
  • Original shipping costs (standard delivery) will be refunded

Return Shipping:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

Exceptions (EU & International)

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once opened
  • Digital products once accessed


Reporting a Defective Item

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us and provide:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos or video evidence


Return Process

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item. Please securely package the item and include the original receipt or proof of purchase. We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our policy conditions.

Returns sent without prior approval may be refused or returned to the sender.

We may request additional information before approving a return.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued after inspection of the returned item.
  • Processing time: 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

 

  • We reserve the right to issue a partial refund for items returned in a condition different from their original state.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance

Shipping & Delivery Responsibility

  • Customers must provide accurate shipping details
  • We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
  • If a package is returned due to incorrect information, reshipping fees may apply


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 3 hours of placing the order. After this time, processing begins and cancellation may not be possible.

Undelivered Orders

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us, reshipping fees may apply.

Separate Packages

Some items may be shipped separately and arrive at different times. If you believe something is missing, please contact us at support@gokartngear.com, and we will be happy to assist you.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships. If you don’t receive it within 6 business days, please contact us.
